Jennifer is the consummate real estate professional! Even in the madness that was the 2022 buying season, her professionalism allowed us to prevail without having to offer some stupid-crazy amount over asking price. Our home-hunting journey began while we were still living overseas and dealing with an 8 hour time difference between us. So communication was very important, and the times available for us to communicate were razor thin. But as a communicator, Jennifer was awesome. Once we arrived back in the States, we doubled down on our searching, as we were facing an enrollment deadline for our daughter's school. It seemed like Jennifer had somehow absorbed all that we were as a family, and understood very well what each of us was looking for in a home. She knew there would be would be compromises between what each of us wanted and what each of us could live without. And I emphasize again, it was a tough, tough market for buyers at the time. Yet somehow, she did a great job selecting homes for us to look at. After several failed bids, I was ready to change my search criteria, but Jennifer would not concede to defeat, and worked mainly with my wife to do the house hunting, looking at so, so many homes. Then out of nowhere, one of the homes we had previously missed out on in the bidding process came back on the market and Jennifer was able to get our bid to the top of the list. Following the home inspections, she worked with the listing agent and various contractors to get the deficiencies corrected as soon as possible and head us into the closing process. The time leading up to the closing is where she was an absolute warrior; relentlessly forging a path forward with various entities to get them moving in a more time efficient manner to produce results within our compressed schedule. I don't know where we would be calling home today if we did not have Jennifer working with us. Tireless, relentless and results-driven are terms often over-used to describe some people. But in this case, those terms are spot on!! We are so, so very happy we had Jennifer and her teammates working with us on our home-searching marathon. She certainly carried us through to the fantastic ending we had.
